Description
A rugged timepiece with a camouflage look. The Ulysse Nardin Freak X Ops ref. 2303-270-2A-KAKI features a DLC titanium case measuring 43mm in diameter and 13.38mm in thickness. It has a sapphire crystal on its front and back, and it is worn on a khaki green fabric strap fastened by a hook-and-loop closure. Time-telling is fairly simple in this no-dial watch. The long triangular “hand” points to minutes, while the shorter one closest to the skeleton movement points to the hour. The “hands” and the sector-like baton hour markers are filled with Super-LumiNova for visibility in low-light settings.
This unorthodox watch is driven by the in-house automatic caliber UN-230, a 3Hz automatic movement with an impressive 72-hour power reserve.
